Shipping methods and times
The items will be shipped within 24/48 working hours (Monday-Friday) from the date of order with the best available service in this area, and subsequent communication by email or SMS of a tracking code to monitor in real time the shipment of your order.
Express Standard (Free for orders over $50, otherwise $5.90)
6-12 working days once shipped.
During sales or promotional periods, there may be slight delays in delivery.
DeFlorance is not liable for delays due to customs operations and inspections or force majeure beyond DeFlorance's control.

Shipment traceability
When the order is shipped, customers receive an email with the tracking number and a link to follow the progress of the shipment.
In case of delays by customs authorities, customers will be contacted directly by the courier or DeFlorance.
Order delivery
Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package. The packages are packed in sealed boxes.
If for any reason the package appears to have been tampered with, or if the tape is not intact, customers are asked to sign for receipt with reservation. If the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact DeFlorance.
If the package is damaged or part of the goods in it is missing, the package must be kept for further investigation.
Claims for damages and defects must be communicated to DeFlorance within a maximum of 7 days from the delivery date indicated on the courier's website, otherwise they cannot be accepted.
All customers who place an order enter into a business relationship with DeFlorance and therefore agree to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons for which the customer is responsible (wrong address, permanent absence of the recipient, wrong telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping costs and any customs duties will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
